With close to a decade in the CPRI industry, Emilia Levett was appointed as BPL’s Chief Operating Officer in May 2026.

Prior to her role at BPL, Levett spent her career at WTW across a number of (Re)insurance product lines. Beginning as a CPRI broker, she focused on Financial Institutions and Corporate clients, during which she handled the largest gas-related deal in the market at that time. She then moved to the Financial and Executive Risks Specialty business at WTW in New York, before then returning to the CPRI market.

Most recently Emilia served as Chief of Staff and subsequently Head of Strategy & Execution for the Global Direct & Facultative Specialty (Property, Casualty & Facultative) business at WTW. She also interim led the Facultative Great Britain business and Data & Analytics for Direct & Facultative.

In Emilia’s strategic roles, she focuses on driving business growth through greater global connectivity and consistency, while championing the use of data and analytics to enhance client decision-making and improve execution across the marketplace with insurer partners. She also focuses on connecting clients to insurance capacity in an efficient way to support optimal outcomes in a complex and evolving market.

Emilia holds a Batchelor’s degree in History from the University of Bristol.
